Fascia and Soffit is often an overlooked part of a building. By replacing the old boarding with new, high quality PVC Boarding the overall image of any house can be brought back to life along with checking the structure of one of the weakest areas of a roof.

As standard we never just "cap" any fascia boarding as we feel that method is more just masking any problems that may lie behind. Instead, our price will include:

• Complete removal of old boarding

• Structural checks on the bottom of the roof which is often susceptible to rot and damage

• Replacement of any damaged timber work in the roof*

• Complete fitting of new PVC boarding of your design
